Electric Cinema Birmingham Wedding Photography

Electric Cinema Birmingham

The electric cinema Birmingham is one of my all time favourite wedding venues. Even though it’s incredibly dark and challenging – I thoroughly enjoyed working there. Sam, the manager and wedding co-ordinator, is awesome. He was so approachable with regards to using spots for photos, flexible with the lights (this is a big one – considering there’s literally no windows for natural light.. it is a cinema after all) and he has a laid back personality.

I love Birmingham city – and getting married at the cinema definitely gives you awesome spots for photos. There’s the cinema itself, which is beautiful and super quirky. Really retro and unique! And afterwards, whilst your guests make their way over to the reception venue, a trip to The Custard Factory is really easy to do.

Below are weddings I’ve done at The Electric Cinema Birmingham. One of them got featured on Rock n Roll bride! How cool is that? logo

Ideas for photos

Inside the cinema itself, The guitar room, the Reel room, outside on the steps. The custard factory is a short taxi journey away (or a walk if you fancy it) and the streets of Birmingham are really cool too.
