Chris and Sam got married in July, at St Andrews on the Square, on a wonderful summers day. I was fortunate enough to do their engagement shoot, and then their wedding. This is their Glasgow City Centre Rock the Attire Wedding Photographs. After their wedding, Chris and Sam said they enjoyed being dressed up in their wedding attire that much, and wanted some photos that we didn’t manage on the wedding day, due to time constraints and distance between locations. We made use of the surrounding area on their wedding day for their couple’s portraits and group photos. Their post-wedding “Rock the dress” shoot was great fun. They decided they wanted to do photographs after their wedding had passed, at the locations that were important to them. We utilised the City Centre, Bier Hall, Wall art around Ingram Street, Glasgow Central Station, The Barras, The Barrowland ballroom – and we went back to St Andrews on the Square for some photographs whilst it was empty.
We had an absolutely amazing time, they were much more relaxed as they weren’t in a rush to get back for the speeches. Definitely recommended to take full advantage of their wedding dress and suit/kilt. Sam said she enjoyed getting all dressed up again, and using her wedding dress and accessories. I was a lucky photographer to have 2 such fun and photogenic people that I achieved a lot of my portfolio shots from their wedding – and their post-wedding shoot. Couldn’t ask for more really! 🙂
