[dropcap]A[/dropcap]ndy & Fay had a beautiful summers day wedding at the Manor Hotel in Meriden. With close friends and family, they celebrated a beautiful day which reflected them as a couple. Putting a unique twist on a hotel wedding, Fay & Andy went over and beyond with unique and artistic touches to make the day their own. From hand knitted bunting to the most magnificent cake table I’ve seen in a long time.
Fay chose a gorgeous and simple knee length wedding dress which suited her perfectly. Andy wore a beautiful blue suit and colour coordinated his tie to match the bridesmaid dress. The flowers were beautifully put together by the grooms mum, and they couldn’t have been more perfect. With flowers to match every colour in the wedding including touches of pink and blue it really brought everything together. Their wedding day also kept kids in mind, with a TV corner for them to watch a film, some blankets to curl up with, bubbles to play within the courtyard, and last but not least – the sweetie table.
We were really fortunate with the weather, as it was one of the nicest days of the summer. With the courtyard being used for drinks and chatting, and the front lawn is used for photographs. The sun was really direct in the courtyard area, so we made use of the beautiful greenery to the left of the building. The greenery really brought out the pastels and the vibrant colours in the bouquets. Guests had confetti which we also had great fun with.
The food at The Manor hotel is amazing. One of the best wedding meals I’ve had. I’ll definitely be going back in my spare time! Thank you so much, Fay & Andy, for having me be a part of your incredible day. Wishing you all the very best for your wonderful married life together.
