Scottish Winter Church Ceremony with a Wedding Reception at Sloans in Glasgow | Rebecca & Kyle

Going up to Scotland for this beautiful December wedding was great fun. Rebecca & Kyle flew over from the states to celebrate their wedding day with their friends and family in Rebecca’s hometown.

Their church, St Dominic’s in Bishopbriggs, was beautifully decorated for Christmas which really added to the day as well. After a beautiful church ceremony, their guests got a bus into town to Sloans Bar for their reception. Here they had drinks, enjoyed the entertainment of magic and had a delicious meal.

Whilst guests were mingling and just before it got too dark, we took a wander to Buchanan street and a few other nearby gems for some portraits of just the two of them.

Their DJ was really great and introduced some smoke/lighting which allowed me to get some great 1st dance photos! I always love it when I get to take wedding photographs in Glasgow and this day and venue were no different!
