Laura got in touch with me after finding me on google, when searching for wedding photographers in Warwickshire. She was drawn to my logo, website – and surname! It turns out, we shared the same one. We met up to do their engagement shoot at the Saxon Mill which you can see here, and had a fantastic day with their dog Polly. The weather couldn’t have been nicer. Laura and James make a lovely couple – and were so easy to work with. Having had practice with their engagement session it did make things easier, but their relaxed natures and love for one another made it all a breeze.
Their wedding also took place at the Saxon Mill – and the weather, again, couldn’t have been better. Guests enjoyed drinks outside overlooking the water, the ceremony was beautiful and personal, and the food at the Saxon Mill, as usual – was lovely. With three bridesmaids, a brother and two parents on the morning of bridal prep you’d think that it would be stressful. However, Laura was one of the most relaxed brides I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Her family just took me in and made me feel so welcome.
They wanted relaxed wedding photos that showed their friends and family enjoying the day.
Laura and James went for a rustic dusty pink vibe to their day. With all the unique details it all came together perfectly. From beautiful flowers, to perfectly coloured bridesmaids dresses. From the mens suits, to the shoes everyone wore. All the hardwork that Laura and James put in to their wedding day really did pay off and I am so happy they had such a perfect wedding day.
